This Privacy Policy explains how CRUDbot Services W.L.L (“Crudbot”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit crudbot.com and related marketing pages. We are registered in Doha, Qatar (CR #220816).

What this site collects

This marketing site is mostly static. Depending on your choices, we may process:

• Technical data needed to serve pages (for example IP address and browser type in server or host logs).
• Preference data stored in your browser, such as theme (crudbot-theme) and cookie consent (crudbot-consent).
• Analytics data unless you reject analytics cookies: usage signals collected by Microsoft Clarity (see below).
• Information you send us if you email contact@crudbot.qa.

Microsoft Clarity

We load Microsoft Clarity by default when you visit the site. Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the site (for example page views, clicks, scrolls, and session insights / heatmaps). Microsoft may set cookies or use similar technologies and process data as described in Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

Analytics stays on unless you select Reject on the cookie banner. Closing the banner or selecting Accept keeps Clarity running. If you reject analytics, we do not intentionally load Clarity for that preference.

Legal basis and consent

Analytics / session tools like Clarity run on an opt-out basis via the cookie banner. You can reject them anytime, or change your mind later using Cookie settings in the site footer. Theme and consent preferences stored locally are needed for the site to remember your choices.

Retention

Browser preferences stay until you clear site data or change them. Analytics retention for Clarity is controlled in our Clarity project and by Microsoft’s product settings. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and run our business relationship.

Your choices and rights

You can accept or reject analytics cookies, reopen cookie settings from the footer, and clear site data in your browser. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding personal data. Contact contact@crudbot.qa for privacy requests.
