What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use related browser storage (such as localStorage) for preferences. Some tools are necessary for basic site behavior; analytics (Microsoft Clarity) is on by default and stops if you reject it.

Categories we use

Necessary / functional

These help the site remember settings you choose. They are not used for Microsoft Clarity.

• crudbot-theme: remembers light or dark theme.
• crudbot-consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics.

Analytics (opt-out)

We load Microsoft Clarity by default for product analytics. Clarity may set its own cookies and use local storage to measure visits, interactions, and session insights (including heatmaps / replay-style analytics). Details are in Clarity’s documentation and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

If you select Reject, we stop Clarity for that choice. Closing the banner or selecting Accept keeps analytics on.

How to manage consent

• On your first visit, a banner explains that analytics cookies are already in use; reject them to turn Clarity off.
• Later, open Cookie settings in the site footer to see the banner again and change your choice.
• You can also clear site data for this domain in your browser settings.
